Please note: YOGI MALAS cannot be held liable for any import duties, customs fees or taxes that may be incurred on the delivery of your order at your country.


YOGI MALAS accepts returns for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions. We will happily provide a full refund, or a swap if you have chosen the wrong product.


Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
All original tags must remain attached.
Item(s) must be in original condition and unworn.
Return must include original invoice and Returns Form including an R.A Number obtained from customer service.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Any items returned outside the 10 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. YOGI MALAS reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.


Contact YOGI MALAS  via [email protected] to obtain an R.A Number, quoting your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return. Once you have your unique R.A Number, please complete the returns form included with your order, and send your return back to:

Once received, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and funds will be returned to the Credit Card or Paypal account that was used for the original transaction. If you wish to swap a product over, we will organise this and dispatch your new product within 3 business days of receiving your return.

Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as YOGI MALAS cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold onto your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us! YOGI MALAS does not cover any postage costs associated with returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.


We work hard to get all orders out on the same day, however during busy periods handling time may be extended to 2 days. If you’d like an update on your order status, get in touch at [email protected]

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email [email protected] immediately. If your order has already been shipped, YOGI MALAS accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. In the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.


YOGI MALAS offers 10% off on first orders for customers who join our database. Create an account with us via our homepage (or here) and a 10% discount will automatically apply to your first order once you have signed up. Discount cannot be used on sale items and is only valid on your first order. Please get in touch at [email protected] if you have any questions or issues, as we cannot refund or reimburse a voucher amount once an order has been placed.

As stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. On the rare occasion that a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

We offer a restringing service for all malas. Yogi Malas will repair your item at no cost; however the customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping. Contact us on [email protected] and we will help get your repair underway.


Note: When shipping returns Please declare the value of the good at $10 and write “Repair” in the description box in order to avoid unnecessary customs fees.
